​​​​Thanks for visiting my new website. It's definitely a work in progress but it gets the job done right now as the pre-qualification is the most important link to my helping make your mortgage goals come true.

After working as a Loan Officer in the builder world for most of my career I've made a pretty big move and stepped out on my own. I have over 14 years’ experience in the Mortgage Industry as a Loan Processor and Loan Originator with the last 12 years being spent as a Loan Originator for high volume builders. Prior to that I was a Realtor so I have the foundation that allows me to understand the transaction from every angle. I was the winner of the 2013 Homebuilders Association Max Award for Mortgage Professional of the Year and was nominated in 2014 and 2015 as well. My Customer Service rating has been over 95% for the past 5 years and I’ve been a member of my past Company’s Presidents Club numerous times. I was recently awarded Loan Officer of the Year in 2015 for my previous company.

In the past 3 years I've done 547 transactions. In 2015 alone I helped 212 families get into the home of their dreams. I don't know that anyone dreams of their future mortgage so the house is what I try to focus on. Though I did once have a buyer frame their first mortgage payment...

I sincerely believe that purchasing a home, whether it is your first or fifteenth is a monumental event.  I enjoy getting to know my buyers and the reason that motivated them to purchase. Getting to know my customers helps me streamline a fairly complex process to prevent anyone from becoming overwhelmed or anxious while putting their financing in place.  It is extremely important to me that at the end of the process my buyers feel as though they were well informed and that the many details involved were well managed by their mortgage team. 

I go above and beyond because each buyer’s mortgage is a personal accomplishment. Every detail that matters to them matters to me. I work diligently to strategize and ensure that we are making the best choices for their family. I will take as much or as little time as they need for explanation. If that means talking to them after hours, by email, or by text, I’ve always been accommodating. It’s a huge investment and it matters. They are not just another deal for me. When they close I want them to remember the positive collaborate experience that I was able to give them.
